Identify your Coolpex Unit
1. Enter your Coolpex UnitID or Registered Mobile Number.
2. Select the Mobile number to receive the OTP.
3. Enter OTP. Customer details will be displayed.

Change Ownership
1. Enter the New Customer Mobile Number.
2. Choose whether to Remove Only or Relocate.
3. Agree and send Authorization link SMS.
4. Inform new user to click the SMS link, fill the form and Submit.
