Terms and Conditions

  • These rules and regulations as mentioned below shall be strictly binding on each individual/group who participate in the registration process by using any of the registering mechanism (as described herein below) for the contest titled "Mocktail Stars".
  • The programme is a Mocktail contest where anybody can participate to display their Mocktail/Juices/Shakes
  • The registration process for the contest shall be open for the participants from 20th October 2020 to 15th November 2020. During the said period, the participants shall submit their registration and favourite Mocktail/Juice/Shake preparation video for the competition. Any entry sent or furnished by the participant after the said period shall not be considered for any reason whatsoever and shall stand rejected automatically.
  • The participant(s) can register themselves by choosing any one of the three mechanisms as mentioned below: Internet: By logging onto http://coolpexarabia.com/mocktailstars and duly filling out details like name, email id, mobile number and location as required in the form on the website as per the instructions given therein. Additionally, the participant should upload 1 video with maximum 25 MB and 15 minutes duration on WhatsApp number +965 97737333 OR Facebook Messenger https://m.me/CoolpexKuwaitOfficial OR Email Id : coolpexwaterpurifier@gmail.com capturing his/her/their talent on the basis of which he/she/they would be shortlisted. The participant(s) will not be charged for registration.
  • Videos of participants those who are not registered will not be accepted for the contest.
  • Selected videos will be refrained with Coolpex Kuwait branding and uploaded to FB.
  • The most engaged video uploaded on "Coolpex Kuwait" Facebook page will be the winner of the contest.
  • Only organic Likes & Shares will be counted and if any participant resorts to any unethical practices to collect likes will be disqualified with immediate effect.
  • The winners will be selected based upon the number of most number of Likes, Shares and Views accordingly. The important thing to be noted here is that at any given scenario, the number of Likes and Shares should be lesser than the number of Views in order to be considered as a genuine entry.
  • The management will have the power to change or alter any of the rules and regulations of the contest at any given point of tim.
  • The participant(s) understands that the video shall not be defective, awkward, obscene, defaming, hurting / causing religious sentiments, depicting violence, difficult to deal with or against the public policy. The video shall not contain content in whatsoever manner which infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark or proprietary rights. The contents of the video/performance done by the participants is the sole responsibility of the participants and "Coolpex Kuwait OR Synergy United Co" will not be liable, responsible, accountable in whatsoever and howsoever manner for the same.
  • The content of the pages of the above-mentioned website is for the participant's general information only. It is subject to change without notice to the participant. Neither "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)" nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any purpose. "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)" expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Participation in the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If the participant(s) do not agree to any of the Terms he/she/they shall not participate in the Contest.
  • The terms are for the register and participation for the "Mocktail Stars" campaign contest purpose only and nothing herein contained amounts to a commitment or representation by "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)" to conduct the programme/Contest.
  • All the rights including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, copyrights and all other allied, ancillary and subsidiary rights with regard to any photographs, tapes, movies and recordings of the performance or otherwise of the participant(s) of the Contest, Post Contest Shoot, Promotional Activity and/or otherwise related to the Contest shall vest with "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)" absolutely.
  • Employees of "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)" and employees of its holding company, affiliates, subsidiary companies, sponsors, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to participate in the contest for any reason whatsoever.
  • The prize winner/participants may be required by "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)" to participate in a photo, video or film session and "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)" has the absolute right to use such publicity, videos and films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it may deem fit without paying any consideration or payment of similar nature to participants/prize winners. The intellectual property rights on such photos, videos and films entirely belong to "Coolpex Kuwait (Synergy United Co)".
  • Downloaded images and videos will not be entertained and Coolpex technical team have the full authority to remove the video anytime if we find used images are downloaded or copied
